Frontier Pub dinner specials for the week of September 17

Menu for the week of September 17, 2018 Wednesday, September 19 – chicken cordon bleu – breaded chicken breast, hardwood smoked bacon, & swiss cheese on a brioche bun – $9.00 Thursday, September 20 – steak & cheddar pie – slow cooked beef  and cheddar cheese wrapped in pastry. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day – $10.00 Friday, September 21 – Lunch – choice of grilled Greek shrimp salad  – skewered grilled shrimp over spring greens with  cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, mint, olives, and red onion w/ herb vinaigrette or a grilled prime rib sandwich w/ cheddar cheese and caramelized onions on a soft hoagie roll. Both are served with a soda – $10.00  Dinner – chicken enchiladas – house made chicken tinga with salsa verde and smoked ancho chile & passila sauce. Served with fajita style black beans and island rice – $12.00
