Frontier Pub dinner specials for the week of October 8

Menu for the week of October 8, 2018 Wednesday, October 10 – chicken cordon bleu sandwich– breaded chicken breast w/ smoked ham, Swiss cheese, and chipotle aioli on a brioche bun – $9.00 Thursday, October 11 – ale braised beef stew–  pale ale braised beef w/onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes over smashed red potatoes  – $10.00 Friday, October 12 – Lunch – choice of seafood salad croissant – poached shrimp, surimi  crab, onion, and celery in a light lemon mayo. Served on a fresh croissant w/ a side salad. or chicken tinga tacos – tacos stuffed withseasoned slow cooked chicken thighs, pico de gallo, cheese, and sour cream. Served with rice and black beans. Both are served with a soda – $10.00  Dinner – prime rib dinner – a 10 oz. cut of slow roasted prime rib served with a baked potato and seasonal vegetables – $16.00
