Menu for the week of December 3, 2018 Wednesday, December 5 – fettuccini Alfredo – grilled chicken or shrimp with fettuccini in a creamy Alfredo sauce – $9.00 Thursday, December 6 – chicken Alfredo pizza – pizza crust topped with grilled chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese – $10.00 Friday, December 7 – Lunch – choice of chicken saltimbocca – chicken breast stuffed with Fontina cheese, prosciutto, and sage topped with sautéed mushrooms and lemon butter sauce – $12.00 or flat iron steak sandwich – grilled flat iron steak sandwich topped with Havarti cheese. Served with fries and a drink. – $9.00  Dinner – prime rib dinner – roasted prime rib of beef served with a baked potato and chefs choice vegetable – queen cut – $16.00 or king cut – $19.00
