Menu for the week of September 17, 2018 Wednesday, September 19 – chicken cordon bleu – breaded chicken breast, hardwood smoked bacon, & swiss cheese on a brioche bun – $9.00 Thursday, September 20 – steak & cheddar pie – slow cooked beef  and cheddar cheese wrapped in pastry. The Frontier Pub is open for lunch every Friday, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The lunch special for Friday, September 14, is a choice of grilled salmon salad  – grilled wild caught salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion over spring greens w/ raspberry vinaigrette or a pub cheesesteak sandwich w/ shaved prime rib, beer cheese fondue, sautéed mushrooms, and caramelized on a soft hoagie roll. Both are served with a soda – $10.00. The October lunch for Chez Leon will be held on Wednesday October 3, 2018 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per person. The menu for this day is minestrone soup, chicken saltimbocca – sautéed chicken breast topped w/ sage, prosciutto, fontina cheese, and a lemon butter sauce. Served with linguine, steamed green beans, and pumpkin cheesecake w/ pepita brittle. Please call ext. 3524 for reservations.

The Users Center will offer a Happy Hour complimentary food special on Mondays and Tuesdays.
