Frontier Pub

New Frontier Pub Chef Chris Heavlin will offer free samples from the Frontier Pub menu, every Tuesday. The samplings will take place in the Wilson Hall cafeteria area from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. or while they last.  Come and try some of the new offerings on the Frontier Pub menu, and meet the new Chef! The sampling for Tuesday, October 16, will be chicken pot stickers.

The Frontier Pub will host a pig roast on Friday October 19th, from 4 – 9pm (or while it lasts). The menu for this special event will slow roasted pork w/ regional BBQ sauces, potato salad, and cole slaw served buffet style for only $6.00. The Frontier Pub is open for lunch every Friday, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The lunch special for Friday, October 12 is a  choice of a seafood salad croissant – poached shrimp, surimi  crab, onion, and celery in a light lemon mayonnaise. Served on a fresh croissant w/ a side salad or chicken tinga tacos – tacos stuffed with seasoned slow cooked chicken thighs, pico de gallo, cheese, and sour cream.
