The Fermilab co-ed recreational softball league has openings for both male & female players. Games are once a week in the Village on either Wednesday or Thursday from May through September, including playoffs. No experience necessary. Contact Chris Greer at cgreer@fnal.gov or x4847.

In the 1980s I’d joined the NAL Recreation Committee, or NALREC. We’d host picnics in the Village and bring out the dunk tank.

This FREE 10-week program will teach you to run, improve your fitness, and assist you in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. Week One will consist of running 2 minutes and walking 4, repeated 5 times. Your running potential will gradually increase each week with a goal at Week Ten to do a 30 minute continuous run.
