It is the time of year to reflect on our past year’s performance. The following portions of the performance review process must be completed in July 2011:
- 2010-2011 accomplishment report (completed by employee by July 8)
- 2010-2011 performance review form (completed by manager in July)
- Goal discussion with manager for 2011-2012 review period
