Mark your calendars! ES&H is rolling out its third annual “Accelerate to a Healthy Lifestyle” program which kicks off on Aug. 1. The event will run from Aug. 1 through Oct. 31. The goal is to exercise a minimum of three days per week for 30 minutes (i.e., walking, running, tennis, swimming, biking, hiking, etc.).
