This month, the Wellness Office
will sponsor the following free events:
- Walk 2 Run from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays from March 1 to May 3 outside Wilson Hall, on the East side.
- Qigong, Mindfulness & Tai Chi Easy® for Stress Reduction classes from 7 to 8 a.m. on Wednesdays in Ramsey Auditorium; and from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Fridays in Ramsey Auditorium.
Fitness classes:
- Butts & Guts from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Thrusdays, March 1 to April 19, in the Fitness Center. $53 per person.
- Yoga from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, from March 6 to April 24, in Ramsey Auditorium. $85 per person.
- Zumba from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays, from March 14 to May 2, and Fridays, from March 16 to May 4, in the Fitness Center. $85 per person.
- Muscle Toning from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from March 20 to May 17, in the Fitness Center. $77 per person.
Employee Clubs:
- Barnstormers (Radio Control Model Airplane Club) Delta Dart Night at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14.
