It is the time of year again to reflect on our past year’s performance. The following portions of the performance review process must be completed in July:
- 2012-2013 accomplishment report (to be completed by employee by July 19)
- 2012-2013 performance review form (to be completed by manager in July)
- Goal discussion with manager for 2012-2013 review period
