This deer was spotted near Wilson Road last week. Marty Jones, Urban Deer Project Manager for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, confirmed that the deer was captured, collared and ear-tagged by the Cook County Forest Preserve District biologists on a preserve probably three winters ago.
