FITNESS CLASSES

Fit Camp full body conditioning for all fitness levels using body weight exercises and weighted movements. Improve strength and endurance. Increase mobility and flexibility.
Mondays and Wednesdays: April 4 – May 26
Fitness Center Exercise Room: 4:45 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Fee: $140 for 16 sessions (Register by March 28)

Mat Pilates
Mondays: April 25 – June 13 (no class May 30)
Fitness Center Exercise Room: 12-12:45 p.m.
Fee: $87 (Register by April 18)

Small Group Training
Semi-private training (group of 3) by a personal trainer.
Mondays and Wednesdays: April 4 – May 26
Fitness Center Exercise Room: 4-4:45 p.m. or 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Fee: $275 for 16 sessions (Register by March 28)

 

ATHLETIC LEAGUES/OPEN GYM

Open Broomball
Broomball is a year-round sport – think field hockey with homemade “brooms” (we have extras) and a large tennis ball. Pick-up games at lunchtime in the Fitness Center gym (membership required) or outdoors. Contact Chris Greer at cgreer@fnal.gov or x4847.

Fermilab Golf League League provides competitive, handicapped, 4-person team matches at Bliss Creek in Sugar Grove on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Current roster has players of all abilities and genders. Openings for individuals and teams playing on a regular basis and for individuals as needed. Contact Mike at x4091, matulik@fnal.gov

Coed Softball League
Fermi co-ed softball has openings for male and female players. Games are once a week in the Village on Wednesdays or Thursdays, May – September. No experience necessary. Contact Chris Greer at cgreer@fnal.gov or x4847.
