Fit Camp is the perfect class for all fitness levels focusing on full body conditioning. Through the implementation of body weight exercises and weighted movements, participants will see improvements in strength and endurance while increasing mobility and flexibility. Class will be held twice a week on Mondays & Wednesdays, April 4 – May 26 from 4:45pm-5:30pm at the Fitness Center Exercise Room. Fee is $140 for 16 sessions.
