Try out these free Small Group Training and Fit Camp classes, hosted by Midwest Fit Club Personal Trainers. Gym membership NOT required. The gym will be open for you to try out one or both of these classes.
Small Group Training is a semiprivate session in which a small group of individuals will train together under the guidance and supervision of a personal trainer to reach their goals in the most effective way possible. Fit Camp is the perfect class for all fitness levels focusing on full body conditioning. Through the implementation of body weight exercises and weighted movements, participants will see improvements in strength and endurance while increasing mobility and flexibility. Time to change your body and impact your metabolism!
These classes will be held in the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room. Small Group Training will be offered Monday, March 21, and Wednesday, March 23, from 4-4:45 p.m. and again from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Fit Camp will be offered on Monday, March 21, and Wednesday, March 23, from 4:45-5:30 p.m.
If you like these trial classes, register by March 28 for an eight-week session that will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 4 at the above times.
