This FREE 10-week program will teach you to run, improve your fitness, and assist you in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. Week One will consist of running 2 minutes and walking 4, repeated 5 times. We will gradually increase your running potential each week. Week Ten will consist of a 30 minute continuous run.
If you are looking for a group to walk with, we have a group of walkers too.
You are welcome to join us regardless of age, speed or level of experience. Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothes. Bring water to drink afterwards.
This complimentary wellness program will be held on Thursdays, March 17 – May 19 from 4:45 – 5:30 p.m. Meet outside Wilson Hall, east side. We will depart promptly at 4:45 p.m. For more info call Jeanne in the Wellness Office at x2548 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
