Registration for “New Technologies for Discovery II” now open

Dear Colleagues, Advances in instrumentation are vital to open new paths for discovery in Particle Physics. To address this critical need, the DPF Coordinating Panel for Advanced Detectors (CPAD) and the California Institute of Technology are organizing the workshop. “New Technologies for Discovery II” that will take place October 8-10, 2016 at Caltech in Pasadena, California. The workshop follows on the first successful annual CPAD workshop with the goal to develop a national Detector R&D program meeting the needs of the P5 science drivers and to articulate grand challenges for the field. Registration for the workshop is now open. Registration and detailed information about the workshop can be found at the New Technologies for Discovery II web site: We look forwarding to seeing you in Pasadena in October!
