This 30-minute class focuses on sculpting the abs, hips, glutes, and legs. Participants will learn a variety of exercises designed to increase overall core strength, improve definition and strengthen the lower back area. This abs class may incorporate the use of bands, tubing, rings, dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU balls and your own body weight. Suitable for any level of fitness!
Class will be held on Wednesdays, September 14 – October 26, from 12-12:30pm, in the Fitness Center Exercise Room. Fee is $45/person.
