If you want to move your Fermilab printer to a new location, you must call the Service Desk at 630-840-2345 or submit a Service Desk request through http://servicedesk.fnal.gov before moving the printer. Otherwise, you will not be able to print to it. The Managed Print staff tracks the locations of all Fermilab printers and uses this information to connect each printer to the Fermilab network. If you move a printer and plug it in at a new location without notifying the Service Desk, the printer will no longer be able to connect to the network and will not print.
