Please join Secretary Ernest Moniz and Deputy Secretary Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall for a Town Hall Meeting on Monday, October 17, 2:15-3:15 p.m. ET in the Forrestal Main Auditorium.
The secretary and deputy secretary will discuss mission priorities and take questions from DOE Federal and contractor employees.
In addition, questions can be submitted in advance to email@example.com by the close of Thursday, Oct. 13. Please include “Town Hall” in the subject line. Employees may also ask questions in advance and during the event through Twitter using #AskLSR.
For those unable to attend in person, there are several other options available. Headquarters DOE Federal and contractor employees will also be able to join via the internal television network. A listen-only call in line will be available at 866-233-3852. Finally, the Town Hall will be streamed live on www.energy.gov/live.
If contractor employee attendance coincides with work hours, the contractor employee should consult with their employer, who will coordinate with the contracting officer, prior to attending.
