Inspired by the Italian classes provided by some of our international colleagues, we’re starting up individual cooking classes. Our first week will focus on Transylvanian cuisine! Due to scheduling conflicts, these classes will be held only at night, at least one hour after sunset. We will provide all ingredients and meet in the Small Dining Room in Wilson Hall. We request that students bring a pen, paper, apron and documentation of their blood type. Students are under no circumstances to bring garlic, stakes or holy water.
