Complimentary Lower Body Blitz class Dec. 22 at noon

This free basic lower body workout includes exercises for your hips, buns and thighs that are designed to help burn fat and tone up your muscles in your lower body. Held in the Fitness Center Exercise Room from 12pm – 12:30pm on Thursday, December 22nd. Gym membership NOT required…gym will be open…just show up.
