The KCA service will be turned off in January. If you currently use a KCA certificate to access DocDB, you will need to switch to a different certificate and submit a KCA transfer request for each DocDB you use. For instructions on how to obtain a new certificate and how to submit a transfer request, see this Knowledge Base article:
NOTE: When applying for access with your new certificate (KCA transfer), do NOT select any groups. Use your full email address (email@example.com), and add a note of “KCA Transfer.”
