The American Association for the Advancement of Science has elected Fermilab scientist Don Lincoln as a 2016 AAAS fellow.
Lincoln was one of 391 AAAS members nominated this year as fellows by their peers. He was recognized for distinguished contributions to the field of experimental high-energy physics, especially to the study of quantum chromodynamics and to particle physics outreach.
In addition, Fermilab users John Arrington of Argonne National Laboratory, Bradley Cox of the University of Virginia, William Louis of Los Alamos National Laboratory and Kevin Pitts of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign were named AAAS fellows.
Fermilab congratulates them.
