This free 10-week program promotes childlike wonderment and cardiovascular health by impersonating local geese. Together, we’ll waddle briskly across paths and practice birdcalls with our instructor, Mother Goose. All are welcome regardless of age, speed, experience or ability to fly. Wear webbed shoes. For more info contact Jeanne at firstname.lastname@example.org or x2548.

Finally, a chance to go mano-a-mano with your fellow Fermilab friends. Build arm, wrist and core strength with a fun yet competitive vibe. This program was piloted at three other national labs and received two thumbs up from participants. We’re excited to try it at Fermilab. Top contenders here will advance to a DOE-wide tournament held this July.
