Outside employee documentation

DOE orders require that we track employees’ outside employment to determine if there is a conflict of interest or if government time and property is being misused. Employees should fill out an outside employment form on a regular basis or any time they obtain new outside employment.

Beginning this year, there will be an annual reminder sent to employees from FermiWorks. Expect a to-do action in your inbox this week. You will have two choices: indicate that you do not have outside employment or to follow the link to the form, print it, fill it out, and submit it to Christine Johnson, MS 107.
