This free 10-week program teaches you to run, improves fitness, and assists in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. All are welcome regardless of age, speed or experience. We meet on Thursdays, August 24 – October 26 from 4:45p-5:30pm. Be prepared to depart from outside Wilson Hall East Side at 4:45pm. Wear athletic shoes.
