***Employee Payroll Self-Service (PeopleSoft) upgrade is complete ***Upcoming change to pay advice***

The PeopleSoft system upgrade to the new version is complete. You can use Employee Payroll Self-Service to view your pay advice, compensation history, charitable deductions, direct deposit information, etc., and since the upgrade is complete, you can once again make changes to your charitable contribution, direct deposit and federal W-4 information.

The new user interface is different from the old one and will adjust to different screen sizes based on the device you are using. In addition, the URL to the Employee Self-Service portal has changed. Please bookmark http://fermipayroll.fnal.gov (available on-site or via VPN) and use that link to access the portal as well as instructions on how to use the new system.

In addition, we want to let you know about an important future change regarding your pay advice. Effective Jan. 1, 2018, your pay advice will only be available electronically through the Employee Payroll Self-Service portal. A paper copy will no longer be issued by the Payroll Department. You can print your pay advice from the portal if you wish. (Instructions on how to do so are available under “User Documentation” at http://fermipayroll.fnal.gov.)

Please note that if you have not logged in to the Employee Payroll Self-Service portal for a long time or if you encounter any problems with your password, you may need to click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.
