This year’s national theme, “Inclusion Drives Innovation” celebrates the contributions of workers with disabilities and explains the value of a workforce inclusive of their skills and talents. DOE’s program will include a panel discussion of professionals from various backgrounds on disability employment and policy. The panel members will include DOE employees, Department of Labor’s Disability Policy Advisor, and the Director from Gallaudet University’s Career Center. The panel discussion will be moderated by a Disability Employment Policy Advisor from the Office of Federal Operations, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
