The Taher Fresh Seasons Café will present special menu each Wednesday in February to celebrate Black History Month –
February 7th – Cajun catfish, black-eyed peas, cornbread, and peach cobbler
February 14th – New Orleans style chicken & dirty rice, confetti corn, and sweet potato pie
February 21st – jambalaya in a bread bowl and red velvet cake
February 28th – sausage & peppers, red beans & rice, and banana pudding
