Come to the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room on Tuesday, March 27, from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and try out an Aikido Martial Arts class for free. Aikido is a nonviolent Japanese martial art that teaches self-defense without injury to the attacker. Aikido will challenge your flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through various throws and conditioning exercises, both body and mind get a unique and refreshing workout. Come join us on the mat.
