This Mat Pilates class is suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core and increase flexibility. This class will focus on low impact floor exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine. Some of the major benefits include improved posture, balance, core strength, flexibility and long, lean muscles without excess bulk. Sign up for this class to strengthen that aching back, firm up that flabby belly and tone that drooping posterior. Not recommended for individuals with osteoporosis.
