This 10 week program teaches you to run, improves fitness, assists in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. All walkers & runners are welcome regardless of age, speed or experience. If you choose to walk only please join us. We have a walking group as well. We will meet on Thursdays, March 15 – May 17, from 4:45-5:30pm.
