This is a reminder that we will begin a project to upgrade Teamcenter to version 11 beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25.
WHEN WILL THIS OCCUR?
From Thursday, Oct. 25, at 5 p.m. to Sunday, Oct. 28, at 10 p.m.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
During the maintenance window listed above (including on Friday, Oct. 26), you will be unable to access Teamcenter.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
- Please attend a Shop Talk Seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at either 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. in the IARC First Floor Lecture Hall.
- Log out of Teamcenter before 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25. Leave your computer, including laptops, powered on and connected to the network when you leave the office for the day.
- Before you leave for the day, please check in all datasets, complete all workflows, and clear your Teamcenter cache by following the instructions in this article: https://fermi.service-now.com/wp?id=kb_article&sys_id=KB0011422
Teamcenter version 11 will be available on Sunday, Oct. 28, at 10 p.m. If you experience any issues logging in after that time, contact the following individuals:
