This class meets for a fun and effective workout. It can build endurance and strong muscles, speed up metabolism, and improve balance and flexibility. Endurance training develops long, lean, well-shaped, toned musculature. Muscles that are strong do not fatigue easily. This enables better performance in most sports, and most importantly, everyday activities. Class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 15 – March 21 in the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room from 5-6pm. Fee for 20 sessions is $100. Fee for 10 sessions is $55.
