Outlook calendar “free/busy” status sharing between Fermilab and DOE

Dear Fermilab Outlook calendar users,

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Computing and the Department of Energy (DOE) have collaboratively enabled the sharing of “free/busy” status in Outlook calendar between Fermilab staff and DOE staff.

WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?

When you create a meeting in Outlook calendar, you will be able to see the “free/busy” status of a DOE staff you have added to the meeting. Likewise, DOE staff will be able to see your “free/busy” status when they add you to a meeting.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

You do not need to take any action. This is for your information only.
