Black Panther movie screening, July 19 at 7:30 p.m.

FSPA in conjunction with the African American LRG will be sponsoring a screening of Black Panther in celebration of Fermilab’s partnership with the 2nd annual Wakandacon event taking place in Chicago later this month.

Wakandacon (https://wakandaconforever.com) is a 3-day Afro-Futuristic celebration for comic nerds, pop culture buffs, big thinkers, techies, creatives, storytellers, gamers, science geeks, dreamers, makers, movers, shakers and anyone contributing to the culture! It should be stressed that Wakandacon is inclusive and all are welcome to come celebrate together.
Fermilab will have a booth at the festival, and we are in need of volunteers to staff the booth. If you think that you would be interested in doing so, please fill out the following Google Form https://forms.gle/63zmnNz9M7ZgEgD4A

The screening of Black Panther will start at 7:30 PM on July 19th, outside of the Kuhn barn.
There will be food provided by MacArthur’s Restaurant, a Minority Business Enterprise in South Austin (https://macarthursrestaurant.com).
Should there be inclement weather the contingency plan will be to move inside Kuhn barn.

In order to get an idea about attendance we ask that if you are planning on attending the Black Panther screening you fill out this short Google Form https://forms.gle/W4AMiJtNhbpbF8uT7
