News question: Know your neutrino experiments?

Quiz time: Show that you know Fermilab experiments!

Fermilab News at Work congratulates Monica Schultz for winning the previous quiz. The answer was: Three of the 12 fundamental particles were discovered at Fermilab. Thank you to everyone who participated!

A winner will be randomly selected from all lab employees and users who submit the correct answer to today’s question by noon today. The winner will be recognized in next week’s quiz and will be rewarded with a small token of recognition. Show off your knowledge of the news coming out of Fermilab.

This week’s question is:

In what city and state is the NOvA far detector located? (Hint: See “A moment with Anne Norrick.”)

Send your answer to news@fnal.gov by today, July 11, at noon.

Good luck! We will announce the winner and answer next week.

Past winners are welcome to participate in the quiz each week. However, only one win per person will be recognized in any 30-day period.
