Computing will be upgrading the firmware for one of the central NAS (network-attached storage) file-server clusters. This upgrade will result in a Teamcenter downtime.

Wednesday, Sept. 11; 4 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. Central Time
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
Teamcenter users will not be able to open or save data during this upgrade period.
If you experience any issues logging in to Teamcenter after the maintenance window, please reboot your computer. If error messages persist, please contact the Service Desk.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Please log out of Teamcenter, NX and TcVis at the end of the day on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
If you encounter problems logging in on Wednesday, Sept. 11, please submit a Service Desk ticket.
