Aikido is a nonviolent Japanese martial art that teaches self-defense without injury to the attacker…a martial art focused on harmony, Aikido will challenge your flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through various throws and conditioning exercises, both body and mind get a unique and refreshing workout. Come join us on the mat! Class will be held on Tuesdays, October 29 – December 17, from 11:45am – 12:30pm, in the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room. Fee is $96/person.
