The menu for this day: Starter – Christmas salad – kale, brown sugar toasted pecans, oranges, pomegranate arils, blue cheese, and maple orange apple cider vinaigrette. Entrée – pineapple-brown sugar glazed ham served with herb roasted Yukon gold potatoes, and glazed baby carrots. Dessert – holiday fudge brownie w/ peppermint bark and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
