Interested in trying out a Pilates class for free? This free trial class will be held on Monday, January 6th, 11:45am – 12:30pm, at the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility. This class focuses on low impact exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine.
