Aikido martial arts registration due March 13

Aikido is a nonviolent Japanese martial art that teaches self-defense without injury to the attacker. A martial art focused on harmony, Aikido will challenge your flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through various throws and conditioning exercises, both body and mind get a unique and refreshing workout. Come join us on the mat on Fridays, March 20 – May 8, 11:45 am.. – 12:30 p.m., in the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room. Fee is $96/person.
