The Kronos upgrade of the Fermilab Time and Labor (FTL) system is complete. You may now log into the FTL system.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
- There is now a single user interface that does not require Flash. Everyone (Windows and Mac users) will use this interface. Those of you who were using the HTML-only version of Kronos will now use the regular version. Instructions for performing various functions are available on the FTL website, https://timecard.fnal.gov, under “FTL User Documentation.”
- For the following week beginning June 22, the process for entering Flex time will change as described in this knowledge article: https://fermi.servicenowservices.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0013431
- There are some minor interface changes, as described in the documentation at https://timecard.fnal.gov.

- Please refer to the user documentation, including UI changes, on the FTL website, https://timecard.fnal.gov.
- Beginning the week of June 22, note the changed process for entering flex time as described in this article:
