Resolved: Cisco Jabber software issues

UPDATE 7/31/20 9:12 a.m. — We rebooted the servers last night and are monitoring the situation. Please report any issues to the Service Desk.


7/30/20, 3:31 p.m. — We have received several reports of intermittent problems with the Cisco Jabber instant messaging, voice and video client.  Users may be asked to enter their login credentials many times or see a “Not registered” error when accessing voicemail.

Networking is currently investigating this issue.
