Interpersonal Communication Skills will be held via Zoom on July 27 and 28 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This course provides participants with the tools and techniques for clear and compelling communication and uses techniques to communicate professionally and collaboratively.
You will learn to:
-Build a trust relationship
-Gain self-insight to ensure successful communication
-Use assertive communications
-Use active listening skills and avoid common misunderstandings
-Read non-verbal messages from others
-Avoid barriers to effective communication
-Resolve conflict and work constructively with emotions
-Deliver constructive feedback to others and accept and learn from negative feedback
-Maintain composure in challenging interactions
-Motivate and move people to action
-Create a personal action plan
