Just a reminder that you cannot pick up an ID badge unless (1) you are on the essential on-site personnel list and (2) have made an appointment with the Badging Office.
If you are unsure if your name is on the essential on-site personnel list or you have other badging questions, please contact your supervisor or Fermilab point of contact.
Please do not wait until the day that you are on site to contact us! Contact us as soon as you know you will be coming on site so that we can ensure everything is completed to issue your ID badge. We can be reached at usersoffice@fnal.gov and badgingoffice@fnal.gov.

Badging hours extended: The Badging Office remains by appointment only and will extend its hours starting next week. The Badging Office will be open for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting badgingoffice@fnal.gov.
