This class meets for a fun and effective workout, designed for all fitness levels. It can build endurance and strong muscles, speed up metabolism and improve balance and flexibility. This will enable better performance in most sports, and more importantly, everyday activities. The Muscle Toning zoom class will be held on Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m., and Fridays from 3:30-4:30 p.m., Jan. 5 – Mar. 12. You have the option of signing up for a full session (Tuesdays & Fridays) for $110 or a half session (pick any 10 classes) for $55.
