Pilates class registration due December 28

This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility with low-impact floor exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine (not recommended for individuals with osteoporosis). Cheryl is back teaching your favorite Pilates class via Zoom on Mondays, Jan. 4-Feb. 22, from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Fee is $92.
