Two new yoga Zoom classes offered

Hatha yoga Zoom class: Hatha yoga incorporates the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which bring peace and deep nourishment to the body and mind. This class will be held on Mondays, Dec. 7-Jan. 25, from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Fee is $70 for eight classes.

Vinyasa flow yoga Zoom class: Flow, breathe, and go. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving. This class will be held on Thursdays, Dec. 10-Jan. 28, from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. No class Dec. 24 or 31. Fee is $53 for six classes).
