HATHA YOGA ZOOM (Mondays, Feb. 1 – March 22 (eight classes), 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
Hatha yoga incorporates the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which brings peace and deep nourishment to the body and mind. Fee is $70.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA ZOOM (Thursdays, Feb. 4 – March 25 (eight classes), 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
Flow, breathe and go. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving.
